MENTORING PROGRAMME

Mentoring programme, a novel initiative of NAAC, is conducted to help students to strengthen their varied capabilities and to build an interpersonal relationship between their teachers. Mentors will guide the students giving them the influence and guidance they need to reach their highest potential. The mentor shall a friend philosopher and guide to the mentee. AH students (mentees) are assigned a mentor (facuIty).

* Students are assigned mainly to their faculty, to develop among the
mentee’s interest in their programmes of study.
* Mentors are to be constantly in contact with mentees. They can
adjust the frequency based on the needs of the mentee.
